Strauss Van Wagenen has been working in web development and customer success roles since 2020. In 2020, they worked at both Rebuy Engine and Above Market as a Frontend Web Developer + Customer Success. In 2019, they worked as a Frontend Web Developer at Group Project and as a Teaching Assistant at V School, where they were responsible for assisting students with coding challenges and debugging, as well as writing and publishing a curriculum to teach programming principles.

Strauss Van Wagenen attended V School in 2019 and completed a Full-Stack Web Development program.
