Anand Mohan Rao Kothapalli, MBA, CSPO® has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Anand Mohan Rao began their career as a Consultant for Accenture in 2013. In 2018, they moved to Xaptum as a Market Development Manager. In 2019, they joined store2be as a Product Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of Product Owner - Pack&Route (Delivery) at zooplus. Currently, they are a Product Manager - Logistics at rebuy recommerce GmbH.

Anand Mohan Rao Kothapalli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Anand Mohan Rao also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019.
