Scarlet Hernandez is the current Director of Member Success at REC Philly. Scarlet has been with the company since May 2015, and in their current position since January 2017. Prior to their current role, they served as Senior Account Manager and Head of Membership. Scarlet is a dedicated and experienced professional who is committed to their work and to providing excellent service to their clients.

Scarlet Hernandez reports to Dave Silver, Co-founder & CEO. They work with Matt Sylvester - Head of Talent, Tim Huff - Marketing Director, and Justin Leggett - Site Director.
