Michael Tunin has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Fridericus Servicegesellschaft der Preußischen Schlösser und Gärten mbH. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Working Student for Universität Potsdam, and an HR Intern for simplesurance group. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Recruiter for Wayfair, and from 2018 to 2021, they were a Recruitment & HR Marketing Manager for jobs in time medical GmbH. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Recare and an HR Consultant for Kelly. As an HR Consultant, they act as an intermediary between candidates and clients, and handles the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Michael has also developed and executed recruiting and marketing strategies, and communicated the employer brand via social media.
Michael Tunin completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Potsdam from 2014 to 2020. Prior to this, they attended the Technische Universität Berlin for a "MINTgrün" Orientation Studies program from 2013 to 2014. In October 2020, they obtained five certifications from LinkedIn in the areas of Die ersten 100 Tage im neuen Job, Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, Personalstrategie – Grundlagen, Recruiting: Job-Interviews führen, and Schlagfertigkeit: Nie wieder sprachlos.
