Caitlyn Lynch has been in the customer service industry since 2010. Caitlyn began their career as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Bluegreen Vacations in 2010. In 2014, they moved to Hilton Grand Vacations as a Client Relationship Manager. In 2019, they joined the Keri Shull Team as a Buyer Success Agent. In 2020, they began working at Stardog as a Customer Success Manager and Account Development Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Recast Software as a Customer Success Manager.

Caitlyn Lynch obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University. Additionally, in August 2019, they obtained a Real Estate Salesperson certification from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
