Eric Reichow

Eric Reichow currently serves as a Mentor at RecastSuccess and a Member at Gain Grow Retain. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Customer Success at SoundCommerce, where responsibilities involved establishing the Customer Success function, and Senior Manager of Customer Success at Outreach, where Eric scaled programs and teams to enhance customer success. At Dassault Systemes, Eric held various positions, including Manager and Knowledge Architect, focusing on customer account management and technical education for engineering software. Eric began a career in sales consulting as a Sales Consultant Intern at Airefco, and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
