Gabriela Oliveira

Gabriela Oliveira is a Product Researcher at Recharge since November 2023, with a strong background in user experience research. Previously, Gabriela worked at Nubank as UXR Lead & Staff Experience Researcher and Experience Researcher for the lending team from September 2021 to November 2023. Prior experience includes being a Senior UX Researcher at Mercado Libre focusing on sellers within Mercado Pago, and a Senior Design Researcher at Fjord. Gabriela has led strategic UX qualitative research projects at INSITUM and conducted research for clients in various sectors, including technology and healthcare. Early career roles include researcher positions at Questto|Nó and Mahy Comunicação, as well as internships in web design and digital illustration. Gabriela holds a degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design and pursued coursework in Art History and Critique at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
