Jose Figueroa

Jose Figueroa has extensive experience in information technology and telecommunications, with a career spanning over two decades in both military and civilian roles. Currently serving as an IT Engineering Manager at Recharge Payments, Jose has built a team of six while managing IT operations for over 650 users across multiple countries. Previous roles include Sergeant in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, where responsibilities included managing telecommunications systems and ensuring Command and Control communications. Jose has also held positions as Information Technology Manager at Grand Street Settlement, supervising a team and maintaining extensive IT infrastructure, and as an IT Specialist providing Tier 2 support at BOOM!Health. Jose's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Network and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus and multiple technical certifications from the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence and High Tech Tobyhanna School.
