Joyce Chang

Joyce Chang has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Joyce currently holds the position of Senior Lead Counsel at Recharge, where they previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Recharge, Joyce worked as a Corporate Associate at Cooley LLP from 2017 to 2021. Joyce also had a brief stint as a Summer Associate at Cooley LLP in 2016. Joyce began their professional career as a Legal Assistant at ComputerLaw Group LLP and later worked as a Yoga Sculpt Instructor at CorePower Yoga. Joyce has also held research positions at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and the Haas School of Business.

Joyce Chang has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law. Joyce also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they studied History at the University of Cambridge. Joyce Chang has obtained certifications as a Wilderness First Responder from NOLS in October 2023 and as a Licensed Attorney from the State Bar of California in 2017.
