Karen Amorim has extensive experience in the culinary and restaurant management sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Culinary Development Project Manager at Recipe Unlimited Corporation since October 1994, Karen has also held positions as Culinary Project Manager and New Restaurant Development Project Manager. Previously, Karen was a Training Coordinator at Cara Operations from May 2015 to April 2018 and worked as an Operations Manager at Swiss Chalet Restaurant from October 1994 to May 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety, enhancing guest experiences, managing costs, and facilitating recruitment and training. Karen holds a culinary degree as well as a degree in Restaurant and Hospitality from Niagara College, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
