Emma Årsköld Lind

Emma Årsköld Lind, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of microbiology, product management, and engineering. Emma is currently the Head of Engineering & Technology at Recipharm, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Probi AB for several years in various roles, including Director of Product Management, Global Senior Product Manager, Product Manager EMEA and APAC, and Project Manager. At Probi AB, they managed commercial operations, developed product line strategies, and oversaw the implementation of enterprise content management and product information management systems.

Before their time at Probi AB, Emma worked at Ecolean AB as a Specialist in Aseptic Technology and a Microbiologist. In these roles, they were responsible for product development, quality management, test method improvement, and personnel training in aseptic technology and hygiene.

Emma's educational background includes a Ph.D. from Lund University, where they were a PhD student in Applied Microbiology.

Emma Årsköld Lind, Ph.D. obtained a Master of Science degree majoring in Biotechnology from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in 2002. Emma went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Applied Microbiology at Lund University from 2003 to 2007. Emma Årsköld Lind also holds a certification in "Rätt fokus i styrelsearbetet" from StyrelseAkademien Skåne, obtained in 2022.
