Michael Flowers

Michael Flowers has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding senior positions at various companies. Michael is currently the SVP of Global Business Development at Recipharm, where they have played a key role in integrating biomanufacturing solutions and expanding the company's biologics drug development and manufacturing services. Prior to this, Flowers served as the President of North America Commercial Operations at Stratpharma and the Chief Commercial Officer at WSI PBG, LLC. Michael also worked as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Avita Pharmacy, where they led sales and marketing strategies and developed key partnerships. Flowers held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Diplomat and Senior Director at Biogen, where they provided leadership and support for various teams in ensuring compliance and delivering clinical education. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Government Operations at Millennium Health, Vice President of Government Accounts at Walgreens, and National Director of Federal Accounts at UCB, Inc. Flowers began their career at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. as the Corporate Account Director for Federal Markets.

Michael Flowers received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California in 1989. Michael then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business/Management at Webster University from 1992 to 1994. In 2016, they attended the Leadership for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School.
