Yousra Badra

Yousra Badra has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Yousra currently works as a Product Manager at Recognyte, where they utilize advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop innovative software products for real estate investors and banks. Yousra collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders to define and execute the product vision and roadmap while coordinating with other departments to ensure successful delivery to clients.

Prior to their current role, Yousra held positions at Resolute Asset Management, starting as a Data Analyst in 2017 and progressing to the role of Supervisor, Data & Analytics in December 2019. Yousra was responsible for managing and analyzing data, contributing to the decision-making process of the company.

Before joining Resolute Asset Management, Yousra worked as the Head of Interior Design and Project Management at Sprint Group For Construction & Trading. Yousra'sresponsibilities included overseeing interior design projects and managing the overall progress and implementation.

Yousra also served as a Senior Project Manager at Sprint Group for design and contracting, where they successfully managed various projects from 2011 to 2014.

Yousra's career journey began at LIVING IN INTERIORS - Egypt, where they worked as a Procurement Engineer, responsible for sourcing and managing the procurement process for interior design projects.

Throughout their career, Yousra has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, leveraging their skills in data analysis, project management, and design to contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Yousra Badra obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from The American University in Cairo from 2004 to 2010. In 2014 to 2015, they attended the Inchbald School of Design where they studied architectural design. In terms of additional certifications, Yousra Badra is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained from Scrum Alliance in November 2021. Yousra also holds a Google Analytics Certificate from Google-Analytics.ie, obtained in October 2020, and a Data Engineering with Google Cloud Professional Certificate from Coursera, obtained in September 2020.
