Maria Sanchez

Maria (she/her) leads the Precompose and Client Support team at Recompose. Her ultimate goal is to create a world where talking openly about death care is the norm, and where the bereaved are supported with genuine compassion. Her belief that Recompose is uniquely positioned to help achieve this vision is what drew her to the role.

Before joining the team, Maria worked for a tech startup, a call center, and as a barista, gaining a wide range of work experience that has helped her connect with people from all walks of life and lead with openness.
