Bobby Herron

Bobby Herron is an experienced District Manager at Reconn Utility Services, overseeing various utility projects and managing a team of technicians across Indiana and Ohio since August 2017. Previously held the position of Diversified Services Project Manager at USIC, where Bobby established a new Ticket Risk Assessment program and managed a team of technicians in Central and Southern Indiana, as well as Dayton, Ohio. Bobby served in the United States Air Force for nearly 15 years in multiple senior advisor roles, significantly impacting personnel management, morale, and operational effectiveness across various squadrons. Bobby holds a BA in Organizational Management from Ashford University and two associate degrees in Human Resource Management and Public Affairs from the Community College of the Air Force.
