Shayee Senbore has a wide range of work experience in the engineering field. In 2022, they began working as a Solution Engineer at Reconstruct Inc, where they are transforming the construction industry through remote progress monitoring. In 2021, they became a Sales Engineer at Physna. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at Boundary Systems, where they held the roles of Assistant Engineering Manager and Sales Engineer | Applications Engineer. During this time, they received a Partner Award from solidThinking for the Reseller with the Most New Accounts in 2016 and trained design engineers on the effective use of CAD and CAE software. From 2012 to 2011, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Neundorfer, Inc., where they developed a predictive model for mercury capture in a coal-fired power plant and designed experiments to validate a new product development initiative. In 2011, they were a Commercialization Associate Intern at the Wind Energy Research & Commercialization Center at Case Western Reserve University, and an Intern at the Great Lakes Energy Institute at Case Western Reserve University. In 2010, they were an Intern at DocAir, LLC, where they solved home drainage and air quality problems, improved mold mitigation coverage area, and improved home energy efficiency. Finally, in 2008, they were a Quality Department Intern at Cummins Filtration, where they recommended and adopted repeatability procedures for the Leak Test Filter system and improved the quality of the lube filters produced.

Shayee Senbore obtained a Masters in Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University, The Institute for Management and Engineering between 2011 and 2012. From 2008 to 2011, Shayee earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Fisk University. Shayee also attended the International School, University of Lagos. In 2013, Shayee obtained a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification from CompTIA.
