Alyssa Bucci

Alyssa Bucci has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alyssa most recently worked at Recora as the Manager of Healthcare Operations. Prior to that, they spent several years at SimpleHealth, where they held multiple positions including Senior Manager of Patient Experience Operations, Operations Manager, and Team Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, built schedules, and implemented processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction.

Before joining SimpleHealth, Alyssa worked at TalentWorks as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of career mentors. Alyssa also covered the Director of Ops role, which involved project management, cash flow analysis, HR responsibilities, and payroll management.

Earlier in their career, Alyssa worked as an Operations Specialist at Wrkr Solutions, Inc., where they managed a large account and established the customer experience department. Alyssa also worked at CarShare Vermont as the Member Services and Outreach Manager, where they provided support to members and led campus outreach efforts.

Alyssa's early work experience includes roles as an ACCESS notetaker and Teaching Assistant at the University of Vermont, an ECOS Project Assistant at Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, a Student Intern at SSG Advisors, and an Environmental Educator at Teatown Lake Reservation.

Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated strong organizational and management skills, as well as a commitment to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Alyssa Bucci started their education in 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies, with a focus on Green Building and Community Design, from the University of Vermont in 2011. In 2011, they attended the School for International Training for a program called "Cities in the 21st Century: Study in NYC; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Dakar, Senegal; New Delhi, India." Alyssa has also obtained a certification in OSHA from 360training.com in June 2012.
