Simone Malton

Simone Malton is a Legal Counsel at Recordati Rare Diseases, focusing on Global Endocrinology and the LAC region since January 2024. Previously, Simone held various roles at Novartis from January 2008 to December 2023, including IP Counsel, Senior Patent Litigation Paralegal, Patent Paralegal & Formalities Manager, and Patent Paralegal. Simone's academic background includes a PGDip in Intellectual Property Law & Practice from the University of Oxford, a Legal Practice Course from the University of Law, and a Postgraduate Certification in Paralegal Practice from the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys. Additionally, Simone earned a Master's degree and a PGCE in Teaching French as a Foreign Language from Université Grenoble Alpes and Lancaster University, respectively, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law & French from the University of Surrey.
