Lead Operations Engineer at Recorded Future

Jesper Carlsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jesper began their career as a Reviewer/Editor of Requirement Specifications within System Integration at Concilio Design in 2011. In 2014, they worked as a Cashier for D6'14, a student committee at Chalmers University.

In 2016, Jesper had a summer internship as a Developer at Ericsson, where they worked on test automation projects using Python and the AMQP protocol. Jesper continued to work at Ericsson in 2017 as a Software Developer, primarily focusing on a web-based visualization tool for build systems.

During their time at Chalmers Student Union from 2015 to 2017, Jesper held two roles. As a CHARM - PR-Eventmanager, they were responsible for organizing events and managing the contact with exhibitors for CHARM - one of the biggest career fairs in northern Europe. Jesper also served as a FestU - Cashier/IT-manager, managing bookkeeping, budgeting, and the committee's IT-infrastructure.

In 2017, Jesper joined the company Consid AB as a Student Ambassador and later as a Software Developer, where they designed and developed a game-themed hackathon called "The Considition."

In 2019, Jesper joined Recorded Future, initially as an Operations Engineer, then as a Senior Operations Engineer, and finally as the Lead Operations Engineer, where they demonstrated their expertise in the field.

Jesper Carlsson earned a Master's degree in Computer Systems and Networks from Chalmers University of Technology, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution, studying from 2013 to 2017. Jesper's education journey began at Lindholmens Tekniska Gymnasium, where they received a Gymnasieexamen in Teknik from 2010 to 2013.
