Kartik Lakhani's work experience begins with their current position at Recorded Future, where they have been serving as the Lead SE for India & SAARC since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Palo Alto Networks as a System Engineer for Service Provider from August 2016 to April 2019. Before that, they held the position of SE-Network Specialist at Avaya from April 2015 to August 2016. Kartik'swork experience also includes roles as SE-Solutions at Dell from June 2014 to March 2015, System Engineer-Enterprise at Juniper Networks from April 2012 to June 2014, System Engineer-West at Extreme Networks from August 2010 to March 2012, Tech-Support and Tech-Consultant at Avaya Global Connect from August 2007 to August 2010, and Network Administrator at Reliance Communications from 2004 to 2007.

Kartik Lakhani completed their SSC from V.S. Gurukul Technical School in 1998, specializing in Wiring as a special technical subject. Kartik then pursued a Diploma in Industrial Electronics at Vivekanand Education Society's Polytechnic from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they joined K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai, where they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from 2001 to 2004.
