Principal Compensation Analyst, Global Compensation at Recorded Future

Shannon Sarver has an extensive work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Shannon is currently working as a Principal Compensation Analyst at Recorded Future since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Squarespace as a Senior Compensation Analyst, where they played a key role in the launch of the Advanced Compensation module in Workday and the redesign of compensation and equity structures for three countries. Before Squarespace, Shannon worked at Mindbody in various roles such as Acting Head of Global Compensation, Compensation Analyst, and Business Partner, People & Culture (HR). In these roles, they delivered high-impact projects, increased transparency, collaborated with Legal on pay equity analysis, conducted salary surveys, established salary structures, and developed HR programs and policies. Their earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager (Employee Benefits) at Morris & Garritano and as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Los Rios Community College District and Cache Creek Casino Resort. In these positions, they managed client relationships, ensured compliance with benefits laws, mediated between providers and employees, and designed and implemented employee benefit programs.

Shannon Sarver has a diverse education history. Shannon first attended Allan Hancock College from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained an AA degree in Liberal Studies. Shannon then pursued their Bachelor's degree at California State University-Sacramento from 2004 to 2006, majoring in Business Administration and HR Management. Continuing their education, Shannon obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Business Administration and HR Management from California State University-Sacramento from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Shannon is currently working towards becoming a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), which is offered by World@Work. The timeline for obtaining this certification was not provided, but Shannon is actively pursuing it.
