Zoe Haver

Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst at Recorded Future

Zoe Haver has a diverse work experience in the field of intelligence analysis and research. Zoe currently works as a Threat Intelligence Analyst at Recorded Future. Zoe previously held the role of Associate Threat Intelligence Analyst at the same company. Prior to that, they were a Party Watch Initiative Fellow at the Center for Advanced China Research and a South China Sea Reporter at Radio Free Asia. Zoe also worked as a China Analyst at SOS International LLC and as a Research Consultant and Analyst Intern at C4ADS. Zoe has also conducted contract research for the U.S. Naval War College China Maritime Studies Institute. Additionally, they have served as a Research Assistant at the Columbia-Harvard China and the World Program and ESIA Undergraduate Research Fellow at The George Washington University. Zoe has previous internship experience at the Council on Foreign Relations and the Sigur Center for Asian Studies.

Zoe Haver completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Affairs (Asia) and Mandarin Chinese from The George Washington University from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, they participated in the Critical Language Scholarship program at Dalian University of Technology. Additionally, they attended the Associated Colleges in China program at Minzu University of China in the same year. In 2017, Zoe took part in the American Councils Taiwan Intensive Summer Language Program at National Cheng Kung University.
