Jorin Zschiesche

Jorin Zschiesche is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Since November 2008, Jorin has served as Captain at recordJet. In 2023, Jorin founded hyper soda and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ramp IO. As a founder and A&R at Filter Music Group since 2016, Jorin has been pivotal in shaping the company’s artistic direction. Jorin also founded and owned eargasm.tv from 2011 to 2023 and served as a member of the board for VUT - Verband unabhängiger Musikunternehmen e.V. from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, Jorin was involved with Lichtdicht Music as Management Label und Verlag / A&R from 2015 to 2016 and acted as a curator for the Berlin Music Commission eG from 2013 to 2016.
