Michael Willette, MBA, PMP, CLSSB has a diverse work experience with various roles in the healthcare and consulting industries. Michael currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Relations at Recovery Centers of America. Prior to this, they were the President of Sovikus Consulting Group. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at VNA Care/Atrius Health. Michael co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Patient Funding Alternatives from 2013 to 2016. Michael also worked at UMass Medical School for several years, holding positions such as Director of Commonwealth Medicine - Strategic Operations and Program Manager II Commonwealth Medicine, Health Insurance & Cost Savings Expert. Michael's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant from 1991 to 1999.

Michael Willette has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Quality Management from Anna Maria College. Michael also holds a Masters in Public Administration from Clark University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration/Quality Management from Worcester State University. In addition to their educational qualifications, Michael has obtained several certifications, including Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
