Josh Kaffee has over 20 years of professional experience in the business and healthcare industries. Josh began their career in 2000 as a Business & Product Development Associate at Firmseek. In 2001, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Métier, Ltd., where they implemented a web-based proprietary project management software. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Manager at Accenture, where they managed $2M in professional service fees. In 2006, they joined The North Highland Company as a Principal, where they advised senior leadership on a new data governance framework. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Director at Dominion Consulting, where they led a 40+ person team chartered with delivering a Master Data Management custom product. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Evolent Health as Vice President, Partner Delivery, where they oversaw implementation of Accountable Care Organizations and population health services. In 2020, they were President at Lamp Post Consulting, LLC and Vice President, Implementation at League. Currently, they are Vice President, Client Implementation at RecoveryOne.

Josh Kaffee obtained their MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2008, with a focus in Finance & Marketing. Josh also obtained their BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999, with a focus in Biological Basis of Behavior (pre-med).
