Yuichi Ozeki

Yuichi Ozeki currently serves as a Senior Manager for Fintech and HR SaaS at Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., focusing on long-term growth strategies and leading a team of over 100 members responsible for five products. Previously, Yuichi held various roles at RGF International Recruitment, including Director of Project Planning and Business Development in Asia, where efforts were made to integrate AI technology to enhance operations and revenue in Thailand and Vietnam, along with establishing BPO units in Dalian. Earlier career experience includes strategic business planning in the Online Travel Department at Recruit Holdings, where Yuichi led the establishment of a joint venture with JAL and transformed sales structures to boost productivity. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Social Science in Education from The University of Tokyo and further education at Peking University.
