Gisela Faretta

Gisela Faretta has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Gisela is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cummins Inc. since December 2022, through the company Kelly OCG. Prior to this, they were a Senior Sales Recruiter for RecruitBot, where they utilized machine learning to identify ideal candidates and automated conversations through email marketing tools.

Before RecruitBot, Gisela was a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter at RocketPower, a Human Capital Consulting firm that provides executive search, recruiting solutions, and outsourcing solutions. Gisela also worked as a Senior Sales Recruiter at Gem, formerly ZenSourcer, an all-in-one recruiting platform.

In addition to their experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, Gisela has also held positions at Color, a leading healthcare technology company, where they served as a Sr. Recruiter, and at Cielo Talent, where they worked as the Head of Delivery, leading a BA recruitment team and partnering with US clients.

Gisela started their career at Novaidea as a Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst and later worked at Pierpoint International as an Office Assistant/Recruiter. Before that, Gisela had roles at Accenture, where they worked as a Talent Fulfillment Specialist and in Training Operations.

Throughout their career, Gisela has showcased strong abilities in building effective teams, implementing global concepts, and promoting employee engagement through mentoring and coaching. Gisela has also led HR activities, coordinated staffing, and implemented cross-projects within organizations.

Gisela Faretta began their education in 2006 at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, where they studied Psicologia. This period lasted until 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended IADE from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Consultor Psicologico with a focus on Counseling Psychology. In 2017, Gisela enrolled in the Escuela Sistemica Argentina to further their education in the field of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. The end year for this program is not provided, indicating that they are either still studying or has not yet completed their studies in this field.
