Jacek Jakubik

Jacek Jakubik is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in backend engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Recruitee since August 2022, Jacek previously held the role of Software Architect at Netguru for nearly eleven years, leading technical teams, managing projects, and developing solution architectures. As the founder of hotcode software, Jacek has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills while also contributing as a devops specialist and senior developer in various capacities throughout the career, with a solid foundation in programming languages such as Elixir, Ruby on Rails, and PHP. Jacek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
