Jeff O'Dell

Jeff O'Dell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jeff most recently served as the Director of Project Management at Recruitics since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group for five years, starting in April 2017, as a Continuous Improvement Lead. Jeff also worked at The Hartford from September 2013 to April 2017, where they served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Change Agent. Before that, they worked at Minteq International as a Process Engineer from October 2012 to August 2013. Jeff also has experience as a Quality Engineer at SYNCREON from August 2010 to October 2012, and as a Distribution Quality Engineer at GE from November 2008 to July 2009. Jeff began their career at Algood Food Company as a Quality Engineer from January 2006 to August 2007.

Jeff O'Dell completed their education at the University of Louisville. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, starting in 2009 and completing it in 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jeff O'Dell has obtained various certifications. Jeff became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University in April 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from UnitedHealthcare in April 2019. In November 2011, they acquired the ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Auditor certification from QAI. Furthermore, they completed the Overview of ISO 13485:2003 certification offered by BSI in November 2011.
