Jeff Peduto

Jeff Peduto has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations, process improvement, and leadership roles. Jeff'smost recent position was with Recruitics as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where they oversaw various departments including client operations, human resources, legal/contracts, project management, vendor operations, and internal 3rd party systems administration. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as the Dual Special Needs Plans Manager and as a Senior Lean Six Sigma Black Belt on the performance improvement and innovation team. Jeff also gained experience at The Hartford as a Senior Process Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt, and at ExecuNet, Inc., Cradlerock Group, Excel Partners, Inc., and Aerotek, Inc. in various sales, marketing, and leadership roles.

Jeff Peduto earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Jeff then attended Shenendehowa High School from 1989 to 1991, although no degree or field of study is specified for this institution. In 2011, Jeff pursued further education by enrolling in Villanova University's MBB & PMP Prep program, specializing in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management, which they completed in 2012. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from UnitedHealth Group in December 2017 and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University in March 2012. Prior to these certifications, Jeff earned a Master Black Belt from Villanova University in December 2011 and a Six Sigma Black Belt from The Hartford Financial Services Group in December 2008.
