Jonathan Zila

Jonathan Zila has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan began their career as a Business Development Manager at Bottom Line Benefits, LLC in 2003 and later worked as an Insurance Sales Specialist at The Diversified Companies. In 2005, they joined Wells Fargo as a Lending Manager before moving to Yahoo in 2006 as a National Account Manager. Jonathan then joined Simply Hired in 2010, where they held roles such as Strategic Account Manager, Principal Account Manager, and Manager of Client Services. In 2014, they transitioned to Recruitics as the Director of Client Services and later served as Vice President of Client Services, President, Managing Director, and ultimately Executive Vice President, Client Strategy. Currently, they are also the Podcast Host at How to Human Today, where they aim to provide guidance on navigating various aspects of life and human connections.

Jonathan Zila completed their education starting in 1996 at the Phoenix Air Flight School, where they obtained a Private Pilot License with a focus on VFR. Jonathan then went on to attend Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 2000 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a specialized focus on Management, International Management, and Communication. In 2002, Jonathan took part in a Study Abroad program at the University of Surrey, further expanding their knowledge and skills in International Communication and Business.
