Ishgun Arora

Ishgun Singh Arora is an experienced product leader and entrepreneur currently serving as Product Lead at Recruiting From Scratch and as a Founding Member at BlockSpan, roles focused on building technical teams and developing blockchain data infrastructure. Previously, Ishgun founded The FashionVerse, a digital fashion company that successfully catered to over 25 brands and 6000+ customers. Early career experiences include an internship with the Smart Contract Research Forum, where recognition as Employee of the Summer was earned, and an internship at KPMG India, where work on blockchain architecture for food supply chains was conducted. Additionally, Ishgun founded NextGenTutors, an Ed-Tech initiative that provided online education to over 5000 students in India. Ishgun holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Statistics Machine Learning and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Strawberry Fields School for Juniors.
