Matt Grove

Matt Grove is currently a Principal Consultant & Trainer at Recruiting Toolbox. Prior to that, they were the Director of Experienced Hire Recruiting, Tax at KPMG from September 1999 to March 2013. In that role, they led teams of people responsible for hiring Tax professionals nationwide and worked closely with leaders of our tax businesses.

Before KPMG, Matt was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University from August 1997 to August 1999.

Matt has a specialty in networking and candidate development and is skilled in outplacement, HR, executive search, tax technology, and ERP systems. Matt is also knowledgeable in internal controls, business processes, and risk management.

Matt Grove has a Master's from Texas Tech University in Music, a Bachelor's from Southwestern University in Music, and a Bachelor's from Fort Hays State University in Music. Matt also has certification from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. in Certified Trainer, Closing Lab, Predicting Success, Recruiting Leadership Lab, Sourcing Lab, Talent Advisor. Matt is also HRCI certified in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.

Their manager is John Vlastelica, Founder & Managing Director. They work with Carmen Hudson - Principal Consultant & Trainer, Annie Boneta - Senior Consultant & Trainer, and Ben Gotkin - Principal Consultant & Trainer.
