Paul Bunda is the Principal Consultant & Trainer at Recruiting Toolbox. Paul has over 10 years of experience in the recruiting industry.

Previously, they were the Director, Talent Acquisition Programs at T-Mobile, where they led a geo-dispersed team of 25 which provided centralized program management, vendor management and sourcing expertise to enable enterprise talent acquisition activities at T-Mobile.

Before that, they were the Global Recruiting Leader at Foundation 9 Entertainment, where they built the first-ever centralized recruitment organization for Foundation 9 Entertainment.

Paul has a wealth of experience in people management, employer brand development/implementation, ATS systems administration, agency management, vendor management, and full lifecycle recruitment. Paul is passionate about helping companies improve their recruiting process and attracting top talent.

Paul Bunda attended Punahou School and then Northwest University, where they studied Organizational Management. Paul later transferred to the University of Southern California to study Aerospace Engineering. Paul has also received certification from Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. in Talent Advisor, Recruiting Leadership Lab, Certified Trainer, and Predicting Success.

Paul Bunda reports to John Vlastelica, Founder & Managing Director. They are on a team with Carmen Hudson - Principal Consultant & Trainer, Annie Boneta - Senior Consultant & Trainer, and Ben Gotkin - Principal Consultant & Trainer.
