Graham Townley

Graham Townley is an experienced professional in the hospitality and recruitment sectors, currently serving as the Co-Founder of Weller & Townley, a global hospitality headhunting agency, since March 2023. Prior to this, Graham founded Recruitment Evangelists in September 2020, aimed at supporting the hospitality industry through a strong focus on people and HR. With a rich background that includes roles such as Managing Partner at Bee Recruitment and General Manager at various establishments, Graham has cultivated a deep expertise in talent acquisition and management within the hospitality field. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from the University of West London, a CIPD in Human Resources Development, and an ongoing postgraduate degree in Human Resources Development from Avado.
