Bhavesh Parlikar

Bhavesh Parlikar has been working in the IT industry since 2003. Bhavesh began their career as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems Ltd, where they worked for three years. In 2006, they moved to Capgemini as a Manager. Bhavesh then went on to work at Adrenalin eSystems Ltd as a General Manager / Delivery Manager for three years, before joining Recruitment Smart Technologies in 2021 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Bhavesh Parlikar has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, obtained between 1993 and 1997. Bhavesh also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, obtained between 2005 and 2009, with a field of study in Software Engineering.
