Prafful Patel

Prafful Patel has been working in the recruitment and IT services industry since 2007. In that time, they have held several roles with various companies. In 2007, they began working as a MIS Analyst with eClerx. In 2010, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Team Member, where they were responsible for generating cost-saving MIS Excel reports and sending them to the CFO in the US. In 2013, they moved to Beyondsoft as a Technical Recruiting Specialist. Finally, in 2018, they joined Recruitment Smart Technologies as a Recruitment Specialist (Manager). In this role, they have helped to develop the company's Sniper AI technology, which uses machine learning to match CVs to job specifications quickly and accurately.

Prafful Patel attended the University of Mumbai from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Financial Account and Costing.
