Require Skills & Experience

• You live in Colombia
• Five or more years experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails
• Deep knowledge of Ruby/RoR platform
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
• Ability and Desire to mentor less experienced engineers
• Ability to break down and plan the technical work required to complete a software development project proposal
• Capable of leading a development team on a complex project and ensure timely delivery of desired outcome.
• Experience with writing automated testing and TDD
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and improve
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A mindset focused on measuring impact, security, and stability
• Ability to hold yourself and others accountable to high standards when working with production systems
