Dalton Shoemaker

Dalton Shoemaker is an experienced project manager and construction specialist with a background in renewable energy and engineering. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at Recurrent Energy since October 2021, Dalton manages a 120MW solar project, overseeing its progress from Pre-NTP to COD and tracking daily production rates. Prior experience includes a Construction Project Coordinator role for a 1400MWh BESS project at Recurrent Energy, where leadership in the NERC registration process and comprehensive project involvement were key responsibilities. Dalton's earlier positions involved construction management and quality assurance as a Field Service Specialist at Westwood Professional Services, and hands-on roles in tower construction and general contracting. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wind Energy from Texas Tech University, enhancing a strong foundation in the renewable energy sector.
