Igor Montenegro

Igor Montenegro is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance, currently serving as Senior Director of Project Finance at Recurrent Energy since March 2019. Prior roles at Recurrent Energy include Director of Project Finance and Director of Project Finance and M&A. Prior to this, Igor held the position of Head of Debt Funding at Omega Energia and worked in various corporate finance roles at Odebrecht Rodovias. Igor's career also includes experience in investment banking at Itaú BBA and BBVA, as well as FP&A at Bunge. Igor holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, completed in 2009, and attended Tower Hill School for high school education.
