Alexandria Phillips

Alexandria Phillips has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Alexandria started their career in 2014 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MarketSource Inc., where they excelled in sourcing and screening candidates. Alexandria then joined The Adecco Group as a Recruiter, where they provided valuable insights and feedback to enhance operational excellence. After that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Impellam Group, managing the employee lifecycle and consistently placing candidates for long-term employment. In 2016, they became a Human Resources Generalist at IG Design Group Americas, Inc, leading the onboarding process and contributing to policy development. Most recently, they joined Recurrent Ventures as the Human Resources Manager, where they were quickly promoted to Human Resources Director and now oversees a wide range of HR functions. Alexandria is a SHRM-CP certified professional with a wealth of experience in HR.
