Kevin Brown

Kevin’s practice began at a boutique IP firm in San Jose, crafting patent applications for well-known Silicon Valley companies, before moving in-house to expand his understanding of the source and business value of IP. Before joining Recursion, Kevin was at NVIDIA, helping craft patent strategy, overseeing open source licensing and negotiating contracts.

Kevin earned a bachelor's degree in computer science at Michigan State University and obtained his law degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. When given a few free moments, Kevin enjoys cooking, gardening and motorcycling.
