Roshni Rajagopal

Roshni Rajagopal is an accomplished leader in data engineering and platforms, currently serving as the Head of Data Platforms & Engineering at Recursion since January 2024. Roshni oversees data management platforms, implements FinOps strategies, and manages enterprise data governance initiatives. Previously, Roshni held the position of Head of Data Engineering at Wayfair, where responsibilities included managing a team of 45 engineers across North America and India. Roshni's career also includes leadership roles at League Inc., Walmart eCommerce, Dell, and Infosys, with expertise in data lakes, analytics, and engineering management. Roshni holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune.
