Jenna Llama

Jenna Llama is a skilled talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Talent at Recurve since May 2023, Jenna previously held roles as Lead Technical Recruiter at Arize AI and Technical Recruiting Manager at Opendoor, where responsibilities included leading recruiting efforts for various technical teams. At HomeLight, Jenna focused on diversity initiatives while managing the full recruitment process for engineering roles. Prior experience includes being recognized with the inaugural Presidents Club Award at ADVANTIS Global Inc. for exceptional work performance and partnering with clients across the SF Bay Area to fill diverse IT positions. Jenna began their career in research as an Aquatic Laboratory Research Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science was earned.
