Sal Falletta

Sal Falletta is currently the VP of Sales at Recycle Track Systems. Before that, they were the New Jersey Sales Manager at Interstate Waste Services, Inc. from November 2015 to February 2021. There, they were responsible for driving strategic initiatives to support changing market conditions and corporate growth. This included setting goals and KPIs on prospecting, new business development, contract renewals, price increases and customer retention.

Prior to Interstate Waste Services, Sal was the President of Falletta Carting Corp from January 1984 to December 2015. Falletta Carting Corp is a sanitation and recycling company that serviced over 1,000 businesses in the greater NYC area. Sal took over the family-owned company with $2.5 million in annual sales revenue and grew it to $5 million, bringing in over 400 new accounts. Sal was responsible for sales, operations, finance, budgeting, forecasting and pipeline development.

Sal Falletta has a high school diploma from Nazareth Regional High School.
