Will Garrard

Will Garrard has worked in a variety of roles in the past two decades. In 1997, they were Production Manager at Dalgety Food Ingredients. In 1998, they were Operations Manager at Masterfoods Europe. From 2001 to 2006, they held various roles at Mars Inc. and Masterfoods, including European Industrial Engineering Manager and European Supply Chain and Operations Manager. In 2006, they became Supply Chain Director at 4energy Ltd. From 2008 to 2012, they were Managing Director at UNITE Modular Solutions and Director of Manufacturing at UNITE Group plc. From 2012 to 2017, they were Director at Minchinhampton Rugby Club Ltd. and Managing Director at Maplevine Ltd, providing advisory services, project and programme management, and management consultancy services.
