Heather Hogan

Heather Hogan has over 17 years of experience in the corporate and government staffing industry. Heather began their career in 1997 as a Special Education Teacher at Baskerville Elementary. In 1998, they joined PC Help Services as a Recruiter, and in 2000, they moved to Pulse Incorporated in the same role. Later that year, they became Director of Recruiting at Scientific & Engineering Solutions, where they built a recruiting department from the ground up. In 2001, they joined Windermere Information Technology Systems as a Senior Recruiter, and in 2003, they began working as a Recruiting Manager at Impact Innovations Group LLC. In 2004, they became President and Chief Operating Officer of Red Arch Solutions, where they were responsible for developing annual business plans and managing the daily operations of the company's Corporate Functional Support departments.

Heather Hogan obtained a BS in Education from North Carolina Wesleyan University from 1994 to 1998. Heather then went on to obtain a Master's in Government Contracts from Villanova University from 2005 to 2007. In 2009, they completed their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2015, they obtained their PMP certification from the PMI - Baltimore Chapter. In 2018, they obtained their Certified Agile Leader (CAL I) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
