Dylan Cleereman

Dylan Cleereman is an experienced Application Engineer at Red Arrow since August 2016, with a background in engineering and project management. During a senior design project for the AFRL Challenge Competition from September 2015 to April 2016, Dylan served as a project team member, focusing on enhancing safety in fast roping techniques and presenting solutions to the Air Force Research Center. Prior experience includes an engineering internship at Tapco, where Dylan implemented LEAN and 5S systems, improved work procedures, and adhered to OSHA safety guidelines. Additionally, Dylan worked as a materials handler at Georgia-Pacific LLC from May 2011 to June 2014. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned in 2016.
