Thibaud Coudriou

Thibaud Coudriou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and management within the sports and fitness industries. Currently serving as General Manager at the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center in Los Angeles since December 2024, Coudriou previously held various senior roles at 24 Hour Fitness, including Senior Director of Strategy & Revenue Management and Strategy & Transformation Director. Prior to that, Coudriou contributed to the Amaury Sport Organisation as Strategy, Marketing and Business Development Director for North America and worked with AEG Sports as Operations Director. Coudriou has also been a Commission Member at the Union Cycliste Internationale and an External Consultant for UEFA. Early career experience includes positions at Bain & Company and TradingScreen. Academic qualifications comprise an MSc in Business Administration and Management from ESSEC Business School and a Post-Graduate Program from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
