Emily Gaumnitz

Emily Gaumnitz is an experienced horticulturist currently serving at Red Butte Garden since August 2021, focusing on container and interior display, as well as working as a gardener. Prior experience includes a role as a designer on the Business Development team at VMLY&R from June 2017 to May 2021, where Emily specialized in the presentation, print, and layout of pitch materials. Additionally, Emily has held design and art direction internships at Barkley and UBM Advanstar in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Emily holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Communication Design and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, attended the Santa Reparata International School of Art since 2016, and completed secondary education at Liberty High School in Liberty, MO, from 2009 to 2012.
